This service will only be available as a development of an existing club service, as the needs have to be defined and agreed and a full understanding obtained. If you are not currently a member and wish to use this service then look at using one of the handholding services to help you define the needs and sort out the project.

Any group of people working together have to have confidence that all is being done as it should. In addition while everyone may agree that there are distinct benefits in belonging to a group, its always difficult to find a volunteer to undertake the work of running it.

Perhaps a group of you have got together to get a self build project off the ground or some other joint developments and you need administrative support, or several of you are involved in a joint investment and you just need an independent director to look after your interests without all having to be on the board and involved in every decision. 

The needs that the group has will vary from group to group and project to project. Rather than pre define exactly what this service contains we will instead see what can be created by adding together other existing services and then adding what is necessary to form a defined service. The costs are in line with other costs defined within company management, and handholding.

We suggest that the costs are borne by the group for this, as the cost are spread over a number of members the cost each tends to look much smaller.  It needs to de defined from the outset if this is shared on an equal basis by all members of the group or in relation to another formula. Where some other members are undertaking another role for the group, we suggest that a fee to them for the task is agreed and these cost added together and shared out amongst the members as opposed to some members only paying the cost of the group and others being let off in exchange for services provided, as it is easier to manage in the future if the needs,  services provided, or group size changes.

This definition may be expanded when self build activities are further defined and the Self Build Homes Club becomes fully established.

Initial enquiries to arrange appointments or in relation to any member service can be sent to ppc @ start-page.org. (there should be no spaces before and after @, we show them here to try and stop our emails being flooded by robots). If you don't get a reply within a few days please call the clubs main number on the contact us page. There have been some problems experienced from time to time where emails get lost, and is not connected with our systems, but larger email handlers routines that edit out emails coming through some mail servers in error. 

The Property Pension Club was established by New Atlantis, a non profit company limited by guarantee, with its prime objective to improve the life of its members. Services and administration is managed by Maximum Coverage Ltd. This web site provided and maintained by Atlantis Virtual World Ltd. A variety of other companies are involved in the supply of services, many through an international service company set up by New Atlantis to allow the coordination of quality services world wide.
