Only available as a service to existing membersThis is intended as an add on to other services, you will find that you can get UK companies cheaper and offshore companies etc at the same prices if you do a lot of research. The objective has not been to save pence but to get the right service to meet your needs. Discussions on what is best for youThere are many reasons why you may want to have a UK company, an offshore company, or both. We cannot provide here an analysis that will meet everyone's needs. What we are able to offer members is the chance to talk over their requirements and future plans so that we can point out the benefits and problems associated with each route as we see it. We have done a lot of research and have good contacts that we can call should you present the unusual situation of a question we cannot answer or situation that is not so clear cut. Over 2 out of every 3 pounds worth of wealth in the world is held offshore, partly to reduce tax liabilities to limit damage done through inheritance taxes and to safeguard wealth from legal and other actions. Often as a bi-product of the way you set up a business where offshore companies are involved your tax liability gets eliminated, and some of these situations we can explain, although we are not accountants and do not give tax advice. It would take you many days to research yourself the same ground as we can cover with you in an hour or two, plus looking at this with a series of people means we have built up information and contacts that we can use to get the right company set up with the best services for you. In many cases the prices we have been able to negotiate, both for formation and ongoing services, as we can put forward a large number of company formations, is far lower than you could get yourself. This price we pass on to you without any addition, but we do charge for the time we are involved in organizing this with a minimum charge of 1 hour. Speed wise we can often achieve things faster than you can with overseas companies and the same as you could in the UK. With overseas formations you have to prove who you are, but where we are are involved in most cases we have to have proof of who you are, but do not have to get this to anyone else as they will take our word for it. Discussions and arrangements undertaken for you are done on the basis of cost plus time, where the time is charged at the same rate as the Business Management Handholding service. UK companiesUK company formations at cost (£25) plus 1 hour of time on Business management handholding rate £75 = £100 This can be be formed with you and another as the founding directors and shareholders which is sometimes preferred when you are going to be borrowing from a bank or similar or we can set it up and then transfer it to you, as other formation people would. Name checks we can do in a few minutes over the phone. Private companies, companies limited by guarantee, and PLC's can all be formed. Normally takes about a week. Faster services are available with the additional costs charged to you. USA companiesWe can set up companies in a number of USA states and arrange for local agents, services etc for you. We can also arrange payment in US dollars for you. Charged at cost plus our time involved with a minimum charge for 1 hour. Offshore companiesWe can establish offshore companies and arrange local services, as required. Charged at cost plus our time involved with a minimum charge for 1 hour.
