We are aware that some emails that are forwarded to AOL accounts have not been getting through. This is not specific to this website but a problem many are having.

Investor group (G3)

(Free Service)

We do not want to become financial advisors, as such, so cannot run a group where we attempt to tell you what is or is not an individual good investment. Another problem is in being fair to all potential members of this group.

From our perspective we see this as a facts sharing exercise, limited to looking at how funding is provided and the return available to investors together with an understanding of the risks involved, leading on to knowing who to talk to when the need is identified elsewhere.

Instead of having a matching service of funds against needs, the route we have chosen is one of information and allowing you to know of situations that may be of interest to you. 

So this is a free service, which involves us chatting informally to you over the phone to discuss the type of investments you would like to make, often this will be straight loans to others involved in the full property side. This we see as a two way thing, we and you both share information, and experiences.

In some cases it will be that you would like to become a part of a consortium, to invest with others in a larger amount of commercial property or overseas property. 

Given that we know what you would like to hear about, when providing handholding services or other club services we will be aware that you may like the opportunity to see certain projects and arrange for you to have this opportunity.

This informal chat may also on occasions, lead to you finding that using one of the other services, such as the H3 Executive Search service and a managing service may meet your needs better.

On other occasions it may be that your needs would be better met through a local investors group ( see also local groups page) and we may already know of others who would like to become involved with you in this, or be able to provide some help to you in establishing a local group of your own.

This is a free service, but limited to this subject it cannot be used as an alternative to the handholding or for gaining consultancy advice for free.

Property Pension Club Ltd is registered in England and Wales no 4197351. 

Initial enquiries to arrange appointments or in relation to any member service can be sent to ppc @ start-page.org. (there should be no spaces before and after @, we show them here to try and stop our emails being flooded by robots). If you don't get a reply within a few days please call the clubs main number on the contact us page. There have been some problems experienced from time to time where emails get lost, and is not connected with our systems, but larger email handlers routines that edit out emails coming through some mail servers in error. 

The Property Pension Club was established by New Atlantis, a non profit company limited by guarantee, with its prime objective to improve the life of its members. Services and administration is managed by Maximum Coverage Ltd. This web site provided and maintained by Atlantis Virtual World Ltd. A variety of other companies are involved in the supply of services, many through an international service company set up by New Atlantis to allow the coordination of quality services world wide. 

General notice: The club and providers of the information are not financial advisors, the information we provide is equivalent to that you might reasonably expect to find in a quality magazine.
