Existing owners

Existing owners of 'buy to let' or other investment properties may feel that they would like help from the club to see if they could improve the business model they are using, could use what they have to grow faster or if they might be better changing some of the properties in their collection.

It maybe that you would like to investigate the options available to you fully, including converting your holdings to a franchise, or using what you have as collateral to create a new franchise company.

We can also help you to move properties that you have in your own name into one or more companies and to look at how the shareholdings of these companies may be changed over time to allow others you wish to benefit from them. We can also set up companies to meet this need based here or elsewhere.

Likewise if you want to retain control but retire we can look at ways this can be achieved.

Maybe you don't want to grow any more but have thought about using the equity you have to raise money that could be applied via an arbitrage operation, returning you a larger return than you are paying, and you want to see how this can be achieved with minimal risk.

It could also be that you have reached the point where you wish to dispose of some or all of your holdings.

E1 members service for existing owners

This service starts out as the equivalent to a hand holding service, where we look with you at where you have got to and what options you have explored plus other options, and help you to both formulate and bring about whatever changes you want.

This is achieved by utilizing a range of other services, but not duplicating registration charges.

Like the handholding services you can 'mix and match' what we provide for you through the club and what you want to undertake yourself.

Charging structure

The charging structure is based on the H5 Buy to let handholding service.

You pay an initial registration fee of just £1,500 this includes the first meeting of up to half a day at the directors home/office, and setting up systems so that you can be supported.

Beyond this meeting you decide when and what help you need, and pay for it at an hourly rate of £120 plus any travel time within the UK at £70 per hour and £0.75 a mile. Research that you ask him to do at his own office for you, without you present is billed at £90 per hour.

With telephone help each call is based upon the call length, with a minimum billing of 15 minutes.

The registration fee is payable in advance, the other charges are billed monthly at the end of the month and payable by the 14th of the following month.

Other services required are added in as necessary but do not carry registration charges.

Booking the service

First call the clubs main number 01242 678988 (Internationally +44 1242 6789 88) to check we have the capacity to be able to provide the service to you at this time. Subject to this being possible you then send in a cheque for the registration fee or £1,500, and arrange a convenient date to meet up with a consultant we provide. Where possible this will be the executive director who runs the H3 service.

We can make mistakes, or have written something that makes perfect sense to us, but may be unclear for others, if you feel we have then you should let us know, we also like to be told what a good job we are doing.
