Website problems!!!

All the pages on this web site should load, with the exception of external links in the reference section which are beyond our control.

Email Problem.

We are aware that some emails that are forwarded to AOL accounts have not been getting through. This is not specific to this website but a problem many are having.

If you have emailed us and not had a reply after a few days please send your email again directly to videoarchitect @ aol.com and we will make sure it gets to the right person. (Note no space before and after the @ in email addresses )

We are based within the UK. Most of the  material is UK specific, and although we welcome members from anywhere, you should read all information on this site to be relevant to the UK, unless we specify otherwise.

All initial enquiries should be sent to ppc @ start-page.org we will then feed them to the best person to answer them. You will get a reply directly from that person and  you can communicate with them directly on that matter. If you don't get a reply within a few days then please call the number below, as it may be that a problem exists (again) in the email systems that move the emails from you to us.

When using emails don't put a space before or after the @, We have shown one to confuse robots that people use to zip all over he internet and collect email addresses to flood with rubbish.

Think we are over reacting, well even doing things like this, club services still has to sift through over 500 junk emails a day, and hope that they dnt miss something important.

We, like everyone who has an email address on a web site, get an enormous amount of junk emails, so please make sure that the subject line of your email has a clear statement or subject in it. If you don't know what to put you can just put 'PPC enquiry' if you wish. We have to delete hundreds of junk emails and this will reduce the risk of your email being deleted in error. If you don't get a reply within two or three days please remind us, just incase it has got lost along the way, or the email systems are playing up again..

Sending  circulars to us

Please do not add our email address to email distribution lists etc unless we ask you to, we appreciate that your business may be very exciting to you, but to us is just more we have to delete before being able to respond to those who want to use the services or help with the club. If you think we should be informed of things your business has to offer then please ask first before adding us to any list.

Contacting us by telephone

We would prefer to have as many first contacts as we can be email, then if you you want to phone us we can tell you where to phone at what time to speak directly to the ideal person.

If you need to call to book an appointment connected with a club service, such as the franchise or finding services, including the H3 executive finding service, then call  01242 678988  (main number). This number is kept clear exclusively for incoming calls alternative numbers are  663800 and 663751. You can call at any reasonable time, any day of the week. If you are using a finding service involving people looking in another time frame, we will give you numbers and times when you can reach them. We may add more numbers, so please check here if you can just before calling to make sure its still the recommended number. We cannot offer a free consultancy service on these or any other numbers.

If you are using one of the 'H' services, you will be given a VIP card that has numbers to allow you to call directly to key people on UK and USA numbers, and much more. There is also a support website just for members using the 'H' services. If you have questions about any of the 'H' services for example H3, you can if you wish email directly to H3propertyman @ aol.com

Media enquiries

Please make first contact by email putting media or press enquiry in the subject line. As this is a complex subject area and we are not financial advisers we are reluctant to put up spokesmen for TV shows, but will help with your research where we are able. This policy will be reviewed occasionally so you can still ask if you wish. 

If you are running a major feature that will mean a lot of your readers are likely to be looking at this site, please contact us and we will create a special web site just for them, so they do not have to share resources with the existing heavy load on the servers. All our websites, the standard and the specials, are load balanced across a number of servers so people should get through. After a period any special web address will access the main website instead so readers looking at old magazine copies will still get through.

The main site is covered by  a number of servers that share the load, so newspapers and others can include the site reference without crashing the system. The following 7 sites are also linked so as to end up with a copy of this main site,  Propertypensionclub.com, Propertypensionclub.org, Property-pension-club.com, Property-pension-club.org Propertypensionclub.co.uk, Propertypensionclub.org.uk and Property-pension-club.org.uk. We also have the ability should we need to, to have sub web sites of any of these, or to use any of these for specific uses. At the moment the reason for having them linked is to help where people have forgot exactly what the web site is called.

Property-pension.org is another site we have that is set up to encourage international co-operation, at the moment the club concentrates on UK property opportunities, although members can live anywhere of course. 

Your feedback on our websites is welcome be it positive or negative, we also welcome the contributions of informed articles, that are not selling a service or company, but may mention the authors if you wish.

There have been some problems experienced from time to time where emails get lost, and is not connected with our systems, but larger email handlers routines that edit out emails coming through some mail servers in error. 

The Property Pension Club was established by New Atlantis, a non profit company limited by guarantee, with its prime objective to improve the life of its members. Services and administration is managed by Maximum Coverage Ltd. This web site provided and maintained by Atlantis Virtual World Ltd. A variety of other companies are involved in the supply of services, many through an international service company set up by New Atlantis to allow the coordination of quality services world wide.
