Club Services

We have modified just about all the services.

Brining in the membership types, has given us the incentive to tidy up a little at the same time.  As services have devolved, they have in some cases lack a clear definition, hopefully we are now starting to make them clearer. 

The overall guide to what services are included and differences between membership types can now  be found in the membership section, labeled  service schedule. We have also added a box to the end of each service description, that provides the tariff structure for that service, by membership type.

The range of services available has grown, through co-operation with the Holiday Property Club, Self Build Homes Club, Property Club International  and New Atlantis.

Club services have been, and are being, developed so as to empower you to take advantage of a wide range of benefits explained elsewhere within the site. Their use is of course completely optional, but is the way that we can help you to develop plans and put them into practice. Clicking on the buttons above or on the titles below will explain each service to you. A number of these pages on specific services, have further sub pages or variations from them. 

Buttons above with black titles (if present) are new services in development and not yet available, or where the service exists but the information about it has yet to be added to this web site.

H Services

The H3 service finding property in the USA or the UK, is the absolute  perfect service, and the successes of this is a beacon for our other services to aim at and leaves others available elsewhere far behind. All the services with a 'H' classification are provided by the same team. 

There is a web site specifically for supporting those using the 'H' services. Members using these services also get a VIP card with direct contact numbers of director level people, including personal mobile numbers both in the UK and USA. H services cover finding in the UK and USA, handholding services except business administration and selling services.

J services

The J services are about helping you if you want to sell property, not as an estate agent, but in finding ways to increase the interest, the amount you get or marketing it in a completely different way.

M services

Another high grade group of services, concentrating on business administration from handholding to empower you, through company aspects such as forming a company, provision of a company secretary or director to paying overseas bills on your behalf such as local taxes and utilities. Self build group administration is also in this class. these services run very closely to the clubs administration and to the H services above.

Selected services

Finding - Club and member finding services, to find you the ideal properties to add to your portfolio. Also see the H3 service that also covers some UK Finding.

Franchises - an alternative to paying a consultant, get them to become a part of the exercise and invest along side you. They only can profit when you do. We have a number of formats so something to suit everyone.

Deal making - putting together projects for you, where new properties get built or renovation or conversion occurs. Considerable extra margins available.

Development - finding new builds with genuine large discounts, or getting off plan options.

Existing owners - own property already but want to make it earn far more as a part of a franchise, want to sell it, or use it in another way, then this section might appeal.

Overseas finding and USA Super finding service. Run in cooperation with the Holiday Property Club.

H3 super property finding service for USA properties. This is the service we would eventually like to be able to model more services on. Mostly USA property at far less than you would except to pay, but also some UK property as well.

Inward investment services. These are usually commercial investments made by people or companies outside the UK, can involve property holdings it can also involve establishing factories or trading operations.

Handholding executive services - empowering and supporting you.

Company formation - You have to be a member already to use this service, so its really an add on option to users of other services.

Overseas payment service - Available as an optional add on service to members who have used the full H3 overseas finding service, and some who have used the overseas property handholding service H4.

Self build group administration - Normally only applicable to self build groups set up by the club or Self Build Homes Club only.

Investor group -  a chance to share with us your interest and for us to be able to let you know when some need comes up that we feel you would like to know of, this is a free service.

Strategic partners - co-operation with others

The club has standard service codes for all services, so we can document what services members are getting, and Maximum Coverage while administering services for the club can know what services and optional other services you qualify for. A complete list is on the Service index.
