This is an executive service with all the trimmings, nothing like it anywhere else. When someone says, 'tell us what the Property Pension Club can do to help me', we instinctively explain to them the service we call H3, the service that does more than any other and finds such exceptional bargains that even those who have used it are in awe of the achievements. |

So what is it?
Well a complete service for those who want to buy property in the USA and UK.
Lets look at a USA property search:-
This service starts by identifying your needs, then researching the vast array of property available from many sources, going thorough this with you to define better a specification as to your needs, going out and finding it, maybe keeping you informed over your own private web site, set up for the purpose, so you see photos, and information as the search progresses, and after talking to the consultant on the ground they look in detail at specific properties and select the best 3 matches to survey using accurate laser equipment, and photographs so you get to see so much more. The area, local taxes, and far more is researched, plus attractions nearby if you plan to let it. Once you have seen the details on the return of the consultant, and decided which is for you, he will negotiate for you to get the best price, introduce you to all the others you will need, such as attorneys, etc, even handle the transfer of funds for you, and hand hold you through the complete process. To our knowledge there is no other service that gets anywhere near this service for completeness, buying expertise or personal service, anywhere.
A small number of UK searches are also performed using the same team and equipment, as time permits. It is in many ways very similar to the USA search explained above, just some sections of the search is somewhat simpler and the final third stage can often be reduced in scale and cost, to just negotiating the price, and given the saving in travel this is then included in the second stage cutting the cost by a third compared with a USA property search. Although costing a bit more than some other services the extra buying power, technology being used and speed often makes it very attractive. Probably the greatest reason to consider this for a UK search is in reducing risk, and in getting a faster lower priced property.
