Can you tell us about other countries
or more about the ones we have featured

This page is for those interested in marketing holiday homes in other countries not featured, including governments, agents and developers, or anyone believing the information we have given is wrong.

It is our intention to provide as much useful information as we are able and to be as accurate as we can, looking at all times from the view of the investor or home buyer. We have not created this site to sell property, promote any country, philosophy or agenda beyond helping those who want to find either a means of increasing their wealth and growing a pension or improving the quality of their life. We will not take adverts and any links we include will be selected so as to give as balanced a view as we can.

If you feel we have said something, or by omission have not said something that gives an incomplete picture then please let us know.

If you are involved in marketing holiday homes in a country or area we have not mentioned, or involved in some way with a country that is not currently involved in this market, but would like to be, then please let us know so that we can discuss the topic with you.

There are, as you will appreciate, very many countries, and even more regions of countries. It will take us some time to discover enough about each, based on members experience and neutral published information we have found elsewhere, to build a complete list. However, as and when we have articles, even if incomplete, we will list them, in some cases with a list of questions we still have to ask or discover answers to.

If you represent a government or other interest that would specifically like to open up the scope for others to buy holiday property, we will happily talk to you about what would make the ideal arrangements and what problems we see need overcoming to make this successful. The prime requirements we would suggest are that people who visit are safe and the ownership of the property allows them to make a safe investment.

Have you made a good or bad buy, or had other experience that you would like to share with us

In most countries some people will have enjoyed the experience of having a holiday home while others have not. Some have made money from development while others have lost. Similarly in just about every country there is some corruption, some admit it and tackle the problems while in others it has become a part of the invisible or accepted culture.

We would like to hear of your experience, good or bad, the problems you had and how you overcome them.

If you are in the experience at this time or setting out we would like to follow your progress. By this means we are able over time to pick up more trends and see more advice that we may be able to provide. We may also be able to put you in touch with others or suggest a way to move forward,

We welcome any comments and input that you would like to make.

General notice: The club and providers of the information are not financial advisors, the information we provide is equivalent to that you might reasonably expect to find in a quality magazine. It is, as far as we can, well researched, facts checked, and independent, unless clearly shown as a club service. The application of this knowledge is down to you and you must decide what is relevant to you in your own circumstances and if you do not have the ability to decide for yourself  you should seek whatever legal or financial advice that you feel is appropriate. Our crystal balls are well polished, but the future even for us can be less than accurately viewed, and therefore you should consider any projection or view that we may present in relation to the future as a mixture of foresight based on information and probability, personal views with a bit of guesswork thrown in, in exactly the same way as any other person or organizations forecasts are. We will of course try to update our information and views as developments occur, or governments or others change the rules of the game. We can make mistakes, or have written something that makes perfect sense to us, but may be unclear for others, if you feel we have then you should let us know, we also like to be told what a good job we are doing.
