Welcome to the 

This web site is, as you may guess from the name, all about creating a large pile of money to give you wealth and more. specifically a pension fund, so as to be able eventually to retire and live well. 

You don't need to already have a lot of money to achieve this, so it is relevant to everyone from the person starting their first job to the person who finds themselves a few years away from needing a pension with no provision. It is also relevant to those who thought that they would have a good pension, but have found out that their pension scheme is just, well not what it was supposed to be.

It may also be relevant for those who already have their cash fund and need to use it to create an income, as well as inflation proofing the capital sum or multiplying it further. 

You may also guess from the title that we believe that property is the route to achieve this.

Although initially written for a UK audience it is of wide value to others and now through working arrangements with other clubs we are starting to be able to help a wider audience.

We have tried to make it equally applicable to the person who cannot afford to get on the housing ladder, as the person who has, through existing property they live in, or in other ways, acquired already a net surplus sum that can be used, or a large income now that needs to create a fund more quickly for other reasons. 

Much of the information is also of interest to those interested in self build, creating a dream home at up to a 65% discount from what you would normally expect to pay, but typically a 40% saving. 

Holiday accommodation and buying property for investment purposes outside the UK is also covered.

You will discover we are not selling financial services, courses, and all information is as complete as we can make it, well researched by people with a lot of knowledge and ability. You have within this site enough information without going on expensive courses, hiring any consultant or using any services from us or others  to jump right in. By working with other clubs, we often link you to their sites to gain even more free quality, independent information.

Some club services are provided, mostly connected with finding quality property in this country or some others at the right price, or creating development opportunities for members to work together. You don't have to use any of these to benefit from the information we share on this web site.

Some membership types go far further now and allow the provision of a lot of help within the membership cost. An example of this is the expanded help to those interested in self build or build to let available in cooperation with the Self Build Homes Club. Going fully international we have help and matching up services to get quality help through Property Club International.

The site is structured in sections, that can be selected from the side of most pages, and within this many sections have further selections to specific articles or sections of information. The main article database in relation to making money from 'buy to let' or property generally is in the 'buy to let' section. Club services to help you maximize the potential is covered fully, but none of these need be used to make the most of the rest of this club site.

The reference section provides you with a single source of quality links to sites that will be of further use to you, as well as some tables and other information, either to allow research or to see what else is available. The publications section contains both information on our free publications and information on books that you may find relevant for further research.

This site has an ambitious growth path, with far more to still be added so please mark it within your favourites and remember to visit us regularly to see new information.

CLUB SERVICES STATUS  
Copper members: We are unable at this time to take on any more new clients/members with this membership type.
Other member types: Movement to these new membership types allows us to move into line with some other clubs and to share resources with them, opening up more services and having expandability to meet needs. Currently the number of new members we are taking on is restricted. See the how do I join page under membership for the latest position.

The web designers have been told that the priority is to get information across and for pages to load reliably and fast, so you will find we have discouraged graphics, pictures etc unless absolutely necessary. There are also no advertising banners or pop ups.

Property Pension Club Ltd is registered in England and Wales no 4197351. 

Initial enquiries to arrange appointments or in relation to any member service can be sent to ppc @ start-page.org. (there should be no spaces before and after @, we show them here to try and stop our emails being flooded by robots). If you don't get a reply within a few days please call the clubs main number on the contact us page. There have been some problems experienced from time to time where emails get lost, and is not connected with our systems, but larger email handlers routines that edit out emails coming through some mail servers in error. 

The Property Pension Club was established by New Atlantis, a non profit company limited by guarantee, with its prime objective to improve the life of its members. Services and administration is managed by Maximum Coverage Ltd. This web site provided and maintained by Atlantis Virtual World Ltd. A variety of other companies are involved in the supply of services, many through an international service company set up by New Atlantis to allow the coordination of quality services world wide.
